Temari | Cosmos Mars
Temari balls (手まり) are a form of Japanese craft and folk art. Translated from Japanese, “temari” means “hand ball”. Historically, “temari” was made from the remains of old kimonos and used as toys for children, but over time, it has become an art form and has become increasingly intricately embroidered. Our “temari balls” are made from the little textile waste we have from the production of our clothing items, thus trying to be as sustainable as possible. You can use them as Christmas tree ornaments, for example, or as children’s toys.
